Frequently asked questions
Why is boiler servicing mandatory?
French environmental law requires yearly servicing of 4–400 kW boilers (decree 2009-649); your insurer may ask for the certificate.
Can I adjust reminders myself?
Yes: date, frequency and notification channel can be changed for each reminder.
