Questions about the plans
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. On the website, from My subscription › Cancel your subscription, in a few clicks and without justification; you receive a confirmation. Bought in the app, the subscription is cancelled in your phone settings.
How does the free trial work?
On your first subscription, the first days are free. You are told before the trial ends; without cancellation, the subscription starts at the displayed price.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Your notebook goes back to the free plan. No document is deleted.
